Full of memorable characters and explosive moments across a varied selection of missions, the Black Ops 6 campaign is an engaging part of this year’s Call of Duty package.
Of course, the possibility of getting an even better combination the next time through makes it tough to resist hitting the New Game button, and the randomized Daily Climb runs give even veterans a new and interesting way to play every day. And there’s just something about the distinctive, hand-drawn art and odd lore of this weird and punishing world that feels welcoming every single time.
In an unprecedented year for game releases, I understand why you’re surprised to see Lil Gator Game this high up on our list. But imagine how surprised I was to find myself, in a moment of introspection, realizing that it was one of my own favorite games in 2023. At the risk of diminishing its accomplishments, I’m going to make a comparison that should cut to the quick for interested parties: This is the most A Short Hike-alike that I’ve discovered yet, and I’ve been chasing that singular high for years. So if you have a lazy weekend afternoon and want to spend it playing — not gaming, but playing, in the joyous, unstructured sense of a day in the park — I can’t recommend this li’l game enough. —Chris Grant
Hollow Knight is one of the best modern Metroidvania’s around. It’s beautiful, expansive, and full of delightful secrets to discover that can keep you playing for dozens of hours. The kingdom of Hallownest is a brutal one, and Hollow Knight doesn’t ease you into it. That may have caused a lot of people to bounce off of it initially – but when it finally gets its hooks in you it’s irresistibly hard to put down.

World hard game
I know this one might sound too simple, but it is really important in World’s Hardest Game. There are some games out there that you can fly through without much struggle. World’s Hardest Game is not one of those games. It is very easy to find yourself stuck on a level, but you should not give up! If you find yourself stuck, try to have some fun and fight off the frustration.
There are 30 levels in World’s Hardest Game. Most would say the 30th is the boss level. However, in our opinion, the 26th level is the one that’ll cause the most deaths in the game. The obstacles’ speed is at its highest at that level. Here is a screenshot of what the hardest level looks like from someone who managed to play all levels.

Once you get all the yellow circles, hurry to the green beacon to finish the level. Some levels are special because they have more than one green beacon. These extra beacons are like little rest spots where you can save your game.
